Human Resources Business Partner (Corporate)

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources, you will act as the HRBP for the Corporate functions of the Organization. You will support the implementation and maintenance of HR project, processes, and policies of your business unit, understanding in depth their Talent and Growth development needs. In addition, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development and implementation of human resource plans and strategies and support to solidify an amazing organizational culture.

How you can contribute:
  • Provide consultation to staff and management on issues related to legal and procedural compliance, labour and employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, total compensation, and organizational development.
  • Work on overall HR projects and programs; planning and implementing projects for key initiatives, respecting timelines, and milestones
  • Partner with People Leaders and teams, focusing on management and leadership practices to further enhance employee engagement and enable the achievement of organizational goals
  • Support the development and implementation of HR action plans, programs and/or ad-hoc projects, as per client group’s needs, to ensure alignment and compatibility with overall business and HR strategies and objectives.
  • Provide various reports to demonstrate evolution of key performance indicators.
  • Research new trends, partner with applicable third-party providers and increase industry-related network to provide customized solutions to company needs in an agile manner to support the fast growth of the organization

Things we hope you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any other related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a generalist role in HR, ideally within CPG, Pharma industries
  • Bilingual: French/English
  • Must have experience implementing/ maintaining HR compliance related programs, such as Salary Equity, OLF, Bill 90 and/or Health and Safety
  • Excellent Excel and Power-point skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with partners at all levels.
