How can you contribute:

Is responsible for the proper operation and integrity of the ERP system, the daily maintenance of the various modules.
Own creation of all data required in Acumatica, including but not limited to: inventory SKUs, vendors, customers as well as Bill of Materials
Ensure proper documentation is completed for all requested changes that impact system
Ensure the integrity of master item files and other related databases for the proper functioning of transaction systems (planning, purchasing, inventory management, etc.).
Act as a support on the general use of the ERP system, ensures the appropriate use of the data.
Provides advice and actively participates in any implementation/project that affects master data in any way.
Develop, update and maintain dashboards in the ERP system.
Develop, update and maintain reports in the ERP system.
Develop tools and performance indicators to measure the integrity of master data.
Create and updates standard operating procedure (SOP) and contribute to process improvement
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, ethical practices and adherence to relevant Health Canada requirements and regulations.
Support Health Canada Monthly reporting by pulling reports, analyzing data and providing recap of monthly activities
Handle special assignments.

You're really good at:

Bilingual English/French (oral and written)
Data analysis
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Things we hope you have:

Minimum 2-3 years of analytical experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry would be an asset
Experience with Acumatica would be an asset
Experience with Power BI would be an asset
