Role Summary:

Reporting to the, the Systems Monitoring Supervisor, System monitoring Technician will oversee the day-to-day site monitoring, safety processes and systems, as well as collaborating with a team of individuals charged with ensuring the safe and secure operation of our Huntingdon production facility. The facility operates 24/7 and requires the Systems Monitoring team to always ensure its safe and secure operation.

How you can contribute:
  • Actively monitor personnel and premises by use of video surveillance, building environment controls, as well as regular physical inspections.
  • Adheres to and enforces ROSE’s facility security SOP’s.
  • Register Receiving & Shipping deliveries.
  • Ensures the security and integrity of all products and materials through vigilant surveillance.
  • Completes shift reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Greet and Register all incoming visitors and contractors as per Rose procedures.
  • Verify and record building environment temperatures and gauges on rounds.
  • Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Ensure safety of staff, visitors and equipment by proactively observing actions and movements.
  • Aids in execution of security exercise and fire drills as required.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

  • First Aid course

  • Available to work flexible hours.
  • Have a clear criminal background.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Fluent spoken and written French

  • Availability - Monday-Friday Afternoons/Evenings: Nights and Weekend (12 hour shift weekends)
